Fresh from the success of Mercedes Homes in Sto. Tomas Batangas during the years 2008 to 2012, NAB Group, through ASTRA REALTY CORPORATION, has brought its quality development to Batangas City. Envisioned to be a model township project, the first phase of Mercedes Homes Soro-Soro is set on over 20 hectares of land split into four self-sustaining communities. At the center of each five-hectare community is an open air clubhouse for residents to enjoy. Each community also has a provision for a landscaped open space.

  • PHASE 2
    • 27 hectares is currently subject of development for another 3,341 homes priced at P5Million and below. There is a private gated and lighted-cement road network access from the Batangas National Road leading to Phase 2 (1.5 kilometers) and Phase 1 (1.5 kms). Both phases are connected (1km)
    • Phase 2 has a sales value of over P6.14Billion and is expected to be completed within 5 years
  • PHASE 3
    • Balance of 60 hectares, connected as well with phases one and two and the main access road from the Batangas National Road
    • Remaining 60 hectares has total sales value of over P13.65Billion
    • Another 7,425 homes will be developed
    • NAB Group expects to complete its Soro soro residential community estate in five years. As of today, a total of 12,787 homes will be developed, with 2,021 homes sold and completed. Total sales value for the entire Soro Soro Estate is over P22.29Billion.
    • As the Company continues to develop its access roads, land acquisition opportunities arise.

Current Project

Through subsiadiary VIRKAR Realty Corp, NAB Group recently purchased a 38 hectare property right in from of the Padre Pio Shrine main entrance. This estate is also current subject for development for over 5,000 homes priced at P5Million and below. Completion is expected within five years, with sales value of about P10 Billion.
