Mountain Ridge – More Information

The Mountain Ridge Estate is 35 hectare residential community in the mountains of Tagaytay, particularly in Laurel, Batangas. The Estate is composed of four locations, main area of 23 hectares currently subject of development, and six, four and two hectares area connected by a cement mountain path.

Since the late 80s, NAB Group has developed a lighted cement road network, residential lots, a condominium, clusters of town houses, house and lot products, and community amenities such as clubhouses, pools, a chapel and a four kilometer cement mountain path. Close to 200,000 trees have been planted.

Current product for the market are the hose and lot packages with average lot and floor areas of 350 and 300 square meters, respectively. Price range at P18.6Million. There are only a maximum of 60 houses in the 6 hectares area called Villa Mercedes.

  • 35-hectare property, 70% remain as natural forest land

     

  • Ongoing development is a 6 hectare area with total of 60 house and lot packages of which 20 are completed and ongoing.

Above Villa Mercedes is a five-hectare area known as Mountain Ridge Proper. It is a developed community that can accommodate additional 50 single detached houses. Project values is about P900 Million.

  • A four hectare property about a kilometer away from Mountain Ridge, connected by the cemented mountain path network. Envisioned to be a camping ground.
