 Through subsiadiary VIRKAR Realty Corp, NAB Group recently purchased a 38 hectare property right in front of the Padre Pio Shrine main entrance. This estate is currently subject for development for over 4,703 homes priced at P5Million and below. Completion is expected within five years, with sales value of over P9.64 Billion.

Phase 1 is a 3.8 hectare area with 125 residences and 310 villas house & lot packages.
