    The Mountain Ridge Estate is a 35 hectare residential
    community in the mountains of Tagaytay, particularly
    in Laurel, Batangas. The Estate is composed of four
    locations, a main area of 23 hectares currently subject
    of development, and six, four and two hectares areas
    connected by a cemented mountain path.

    Since the late 80s, NAB Group has developed a lighted
    cement road network, residential lots, a condominium,
    clusters of town houses, house and lot products, and
    community ameneties such as clubhouses, pools, a
    chapel and a four kilometer cemented mountain path.
