NAB Group of Companies is a privately-owned real estate firm focused on land and housing development. The company was activated into commercial operations in 2006 and is based in Metro Manila, Philippines.
NAB Group is the brainchild of its founder and Chairman, Nora A. Bitong, or NAB for short. After years in the corporate sector and investing in a variety of business ventures with various associates, NAB decided to open her own company and go solo. With her eldest son Vincent Bitong by her side, she began investing in real estate properties around the Greater Manila area. It was, however, only in 2006 when NAB and Vincent, along with NAB’s second son RJ and a handful of trusted professionals, that NAB Group of Companies was formed. At this junction, NAB’s personal real estate holdings were brought under one umbrella, including the existing Karrivin Holdings & Development Corporation and Astra Realty Corporation.
The goal of the company was simple and its founder’s vision clear: to build properties from the ground-up and provide quality homes at affordable prices.
Today, NAB Group consists of a number of realty and holdings corporations including Astra Realty Corp, Global Clark Assets Corp, Karrivin Holdings & Development Corp, Virkar Realty Holdings Company, Jannov Holdings Corp, Mountain Ridge Resort & Development Corp., Mountain Ridge Executive Resort & Corporate Center Inc and NAB Ventures, Inc. While the company has grown extensively, it has not lost its boutique feel and continues to focus on filling a void in the Philippine real estate market: quality mass housing at prices that people can afford.
NAB Group has consistently placed in South Luzon Best Affordable Housing Developer since 2010, confirming that the company’s mantra of “Affordable Luxury” remains intact.
